Verify Your Identity to Get Full Access

Verifying your identity unlocks the full agent, including exploitation. If verification is optional for your account right now, you can start in limited access and verify whenever you are ready. If it is required, you will be asked to verify when you sign up.

How to verify

1. Sign in at app.xhack.io.
2. Click your profile icon.
3. Choose Profile.
4. In the sidebar, click Identity Verification.
5. Follow the steps on the screen. The wizard asks different questions for an individual and for a company.
6. Submit, then wait for the review.

Reviewing your verification never costs anything.

What to have ready

• Researchers (individuals): a government-issued photo ID, and at least one professional credential, such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP or Security+, or a security-related diploma. Full details are in Identity Verification for researchers.
• Companies: the ID of the person who administers the account, and business documents that show the company is legitimate. Full details are in Identity Verification for companies.

It takes about five minutes of your time. Your documents are encrypted when they are stored.

What happens next

• Review is usually decided within one business day.
• When you are approved, full access unlocks. The agent can then carry out exploitation, not just find vulnerabilities and help.
• If a decision looks wrong, you can ask for a human to look at it by emailing support@xhack.io.

Cannot find it?

• Make sure you are signed in at app.xhack.io.
• Open your profile from the profile icon, then look in the sidebar for Identity Verification.
• If it is still not there, email support@xhack.io and tell us the email address on your account.
