AI API Credits

AI API credits are a separate, prepaid way to pay for AI usage. You top up a balance, and the agent draws from it as it works. You pay only for what you use.

Important: AI API credits are non-refundable, whether you pay by card or by crypto.

What credits are for

• Keep working after you reach your plan's usage limit
• Pay only for the AI you actually use, without moving to a bigger plan
• Use the pay-per-use XHack AI API from your own tools

Credits are separate from your subscription. They are not part of any plan.

How credits are used

Credits are drawn down by usage, at the rates shown in your dashboard. Those rates can change over time.

If you have turned on fallback to credits, then when your plan's limit is reached the agent keeps going and uses your credits automatically. If you have not, the agent stops at your plan limit.

How to buy

Go to Inference, open Billing, and click Add AI funds. You can pay with a credit or debit card or with crypto. You accept our Terms of Service and Refund Policy before you pay.

Credits are not refundable

The purchase of AI API credits is final, whether you paid by card or by crypto. This includes:

• a balance you have not used
• closing or losing your account
• cancelling or changing your plan
• no longer using the API

Refunding a subscription does not refund your credits.

Please buy the amount you expect to use. You can always top up again later.

Other things to know

• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
• Credits may be forfeited if your account is closed for cause.
• Credits may expire if an expiry was shown at purchase or in your dashboard, so check it.
• If a fault on our side wrongly uses your credits, we may restore them at our discretion. That is a correction, not a refund.
