Add AI Funds
AI funds are the prepaid balance you use for pay-per-use AI. Adding funds is quick, and you can pay with a credit or debit card or with crypto.
Important: AI funds are non-refundable, whether you pay by card or by crypto. Add only what you expect to use.
The short version
- Go to Inference.
- Open Billing.
- Click Add AI funds.
- Choose how you want to pay: card or crypto.
That is it. Your funds are added, and the agent can use them straight away.
Paying with a card
- Choose Credit / debit card.
- Enter your card details and confirm. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment.
- When the payment completes, the funds appear in your balance.
Card details are handled by our payment processors. XHack does not store your card number.
Paying with crypto
- Choose Crypto.
- Select the coin you want to pay with.
- Select the network the coin will be sent on.
- Send the exact amount shown to the address shown.
- Once the payment is confirmed on the network, the funds are added to your balance automatically.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so check the coin, the network and the amount before you send. If the payment arrives short, see Underpaid crypto payment. If you sent on the wrong network, see Wrong coin, network or address.
Things to know
- Funds are not refundable. This is true whether you pay by card or by crypto, and it includes any balance you have not used. Add the amount you expect to use. You can top up again at any time.
- You accept our terms before paying. You are asked to accept the Terms of Service and Refund Policy at checkout.
- Funds are separate from your subscription. Adding funds does not change your plan, and cancelling or refunding a plan does not refund your funds.
- Fees. Card and crypto payments can carry bank, exchange or network fees. See Taxes, fees and currency.
What the funds are used for
Funds pay for AI usage at the rates shown in your dashboard. They keep you working past your plan limit if you have turned on fallback, and they pay for the pay-per-use XHack AI API. See AI API credits.
