Renew a Crypto Subscription

Subscriptions paid with crypto do not renew by themselves. You renew them manually, once for each billing period.

Why renewal is manual

With a card, we can charge you automatically each month. With crypto, nothing can be pulled from your wallet. Only you can send a payment. So when your period is about to end, you pay again to keep your plan going.

How to renew

1. Sign in at app.xhack.io.
2. Open your billing page and start a renewal for your plan.
3. Choose your coin and network, then send the exact amount shown.
4. Once the payment is confirmed, your next period is activated.

The steps are the same as buying with crypto.

Renew early, not at the last minute

Crypto payments need confirmations on the network, and that can take a little while. Start your renewal a day or two before your period ends, so a slow confirmation does not leave a gap in your access.

Put a reminder in your calendar. We may send reminders too, but we are not obliged to, so please do not rely on them.

What happens if you miss it

If payment for the next period is not received and confirmed by the end of the period you already paid for, your access may lapse or be suspended. Your account is not deleted. Pay to continue.

Things to remember

• Crypto payments are final. There are no refunds on crypto payments, including renewals.
• Fees are yours. Network fees are paid on top of the price. See Taxes, fees and currency.
