Underpaid Crypto Payment
An underpayment means the amount that arrived was less than the amount due. It is easy to fix.
What you will see
If your payment arrives short, your payment page shows a Pay remaining button.
How to fix it
- Open the payment from your billing page.
- Click Pay remaining.
- Send the remaining amount shown, on the same coin and network.
- Once the remaining amount is confirmed, your plan is activated automatically.
You do not need to contact us and you do not need to start again. The first payment is kept and counted.
Why it happens
The most common reasons are:
- Your wallet or exchange took a network or withdrawal fee out of the amount you sent, so less arrived than you intended.
- You sent a rounded-down amount instead of the exact amount shown.
- The price moved between the moment you opened the page and the moment you paid.
To avoid it, send the exact amount shown and make sure any fee is paid on top, not taken out of it. Many exchanges have a setting for this.
Until it is completed
Your plan is not activated until the full amount has been received and confirmed. An underpaid payment does not partly activate a plan.
You paid the full amount but it still shows underpaid
If you are sure you sent the full amount and the page still shows a balance, please contact support. Send us:
- your account email
- the transaction hash (also called the TXID)
- the coin and network you used
- the amount you sent
We will check the transaction on the network. See Contact billing support.
