Cancel a Subscription

How cancelling works, when your access ends, and how it differs from a refund.

Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

What cancelling does

When you cancel, you keep your access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your plan does not renew.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not, by itself, return any money.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account at app.xhack.io. If you cannot find the option, email support@xhack.io and we will help.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

You paid with If you cancel If you also want money back
Card You keep access to the end of the period and no further charge is made You can ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused part while the period is running
Crypto You keep access to the end of the period. Nothing renews, because crypto is manual No refunds on crypto payments

See Refunds by payment method.

A refund ends your plan straight away. A cancellation lets you use what you paid for until the period ends. Pick the one that matches what you want.

Good to know

  • Crypto subscribers: there is nothing to cancel in practice, because crypto does not renew by itself. You simply do not pay for the next period.
  • Free trials: a trial that does not need a payment method ends on its own. See Free trial and billing.
  • Billing periods that have ended cannot be refunded, because that period was delivered in full.
  • Your data and settings are tied to your account, so you can return later by subscribing again.
