No. XHack Agent (CLI) stores all chats locally in ~/.xhack/ folder on your machine. We never receive, store, or collect chat data on our servers. For XHack Platform (/chat), chats are stored in our secure database ONLY for session management and your access. When you delete a chat, it's permanently removed from our servers with zero retention.

Agent conversations are stored ONLY locally on your computer in ~/.xhack/chats/. Platform conversations are stored securely in our cloud database for you to access later. Both are completely under your control - delete anytime and data is gone permanently.

Absolutely not. We do NOT sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing. Your data is never used for profiling, tracking, or anything beyond providing the service you requested.

Yes. All data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Platform data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption. Agent API keys are encrypted locally with AES-256 encryption.

No. Agent chats are stored entirely on your machine in ~/.xhack/. We have no access to this folder or its contents. You have complete control.

Agent: Until you delete ~/.xhack/ folder. Platform: Until you delete the chat. After deletion, all data is permanently removed from our servers with zero retention or archiving.

By default, no. XHack uses our own xhack-ai model, so out of the box we never send your data to OpenAI, Claude, Google, or any third-party service, it is processed locally or on our secure servers. The one exception is if you deliberately enable Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): then your requests go directly to the provider whose key you supplied, which is your choice and stays under your control.
