Local AI Models

Need privacy, air-gapped operation, or unlimited usage with no per-request cost? The XHack desktop Agent runs against a local model through Ollama — entirely on your own hardware, configured in the Agent's settings with nothing to type at a terminal.

1. Install and run Ollama, then pull a model (for example a DeepSeek, Llama, Qwen, or Mistral variant).
2. Open the desktop Agent, go to its AI settings, and point it at your local Ollama endpoint, then pick the model.
3. Run the Agent as usual — requests now stay on your machine.

Privacy & Data

We do not collect or save your data. All session data is purged immediately when you close the session. Some data may be stored locally on your computer for session resume functionality — this data never leaves your machine.
