AI Skills
Import reusable expertise packs and switch them on to focus the AI on a specific discipline — offensive AD, cloud, web, recon and more. A step-by-step guide.
AI Skills
A Skill is a reusable pack of expert instruction — "act as a SQL-injection specialist", "run an Active Directory attack path", "review this like a cloud pentester". Import it once, switch it on when you need it, and the AI immediately works with that focus. No re-explaining your methodology every session.
Turn a skill on
- In the web app, open Settings → AI Skills.
- Browse the catalogue — offensive AD, cloud, mobile, IoT, exploit-dev, recon, web, wireless and more — and import the ones you want.
- Activate a skill with its toggle. It now applies to your Chat and your Agent.
Stay within budget
Active skills share a token budget so your context stays lean. You always see how much of the budget your active skills use — deactivate one to make room for another. Nothing is ever silently dropped.
Where skills apply
Once active, a skill shapes both your interactive Chat and your autonomous Agent, so the same sharpened methodology drives everything you do.
Safe by design
- Skills are added to the AI as your input, never as system authority — they can't override XHack's guardrails.
- Every skill is scanned for injection content before it can activate.
- You import only from the vetted catalogue, and your skills stay scoped to your workspace.
