XHack CoHunter
Build a team of autonomous hunters that work in the background, talk to each other, learn from every engagement, and get sharper each time you use them. Build it once. It hunts forever.
XHack CoHunter: Your Autonomous Hunting Team
Build it once. It hunts forever.
You can only be in one place at a time
Every bug hunter hits the same wall.
You triage a target, chase a lead, write it up, then do it all again on the next asset, from scratch, carrying everything in your head. Your AI helps, but the moment a task ends, everything it learned about how you work and what works is gone. Tomorrow you start over.
Across ten targets, you are the bottleneck in every single one.
What if you did not have to be?
Meet CoHunter
CoHunter turns XHack from a single assistant into a team of autonomous hunters that you build, name, and train yourself.
Create a hunter once. Give it a job. Turn it loose. It runs in the background, on real targets, with full tool access, while you work on something else entirely. Start three and they split the work, talk to each other, and come back to you only when it matters.
This is not autocomplete. It is a crew.
What CoHunter can do
Build your own specialists
Create hunters with their own personality and mission: a Recon scout, an Exploit operator, a Verify and Report closer, or whatever your methodology needs. You write who they are and what they are for. They become permanent members of your team, available in every session. No more explaining yourself to a fresh assistant every morning.
Fully autonomous, no babysitting
Give a CoHunter a task and walk away. It thinks, acts, and chases leads on its own. It runs commands, probes endpoints, and drives a browser without stopping to ask permission at every step. You set the mission. It carries it out. Close the window, make coffee, come back to findings.
A brain that learns and compounds
Every CoHunter has its own self-learning memory. It remembers what you prefer, how you like work done, what it got wrong last time, and which approaches actually found bugs. That knowledge carries across every session and every target, so your hunter does more than work. It improves.
The tenth engagement is sharper than the first. Correct it once and it does not make that mistake again.
It is also disciplined. Secrets that belong to one target stay locked to that engagement and never leak into the next one. What it learns about you is permanent. What it learns about a target stays with that target.
A real team that coordinates
This is the heart of it. Your hunters do not work in silos. They work like a human team:
- They talk to each other. A hunter that finds something hands it to the teammate built to take it further, mid-task, without either one dropping what it is doing.
- They route by role. Recon does not try to write the report. The right work reaches the right specialist.
- They share a team board. Everything the crew knows is posted where the whole team can see it, so nobody repeats work or walks ground someone already cleared.
- They wake each other up when a lead needs the right person, and they ping you in the main chat the moment something deserves your attention.
You get the coordination of a well-run team without being the one coordinating it.
Many hunters, many targets, all at once
Run one CoHunter or a dozen, across one engagement or several. They run in parallel, fully isolated from each other, each on its own task. Your throughput stops depending on how many things you can watch at the same time.
You are always in control
Autonomy does not mean a runaway. Every hunter comes with:
- A tool-call budget you can change at any time. It is a hard limit that stops a run cleanly and reports back. Set it to Unlimited when you want a hunter to go as far as it can.
- Start, Pause, Resume, and Stop for each hunter, instantly.
- A live view of everything it is doing, with a context meter that shows how much room a run has left.
- Clear to wipe a session and start fresh, or Compact to keep a long run going.
Full autonomy. Full control.
Memory for every target
Each hunter keeps its own running history for each engagement. Close it, come back hours later, and pick up exactly where it stopped, with the full transcript intact. Switch between hunters and targets freely. Each one remembers its own world.
Plug into your workflows
CoHunters are building blocks, not only chat. Drop a hunter into an automated methodology as one step in a larger pipeline, and let its results feed everything downstream. Your repeatable process and your autonomous team become one system. See the Workflow Engine.
Everywhere you work
The full CoHunter experience is on the desktop app and on the web. Same hunters, same memory, same team, whichever one you open.
What it looks like in practice
You hand ScopeRecon a target and go to lunch.
It maps the attack surface, finds a promising endpoint, and posts it to the team board. Then it messages ExploitOperator: "Likely SSRF here, it is yours."
ExploitOperator picks it up, proves it with a clean, non-destructive proof of concept, and hands the confirmed finding to VerifyReporter.
VerifyReporter double-checks the evidence, writes it up to submission standard, and pings you in the main chat: "One verified Medium ready for your review."
You were at lunch. Your team closed a bug.
Why it changes the game
Ephemeral AI helpers are tools you pick up and put down. CoHunter is a team you build and keep. It is the difference between an assistant that forgets you and a crew that knows you, one that works while you sleep, learns from every engagement, and multiplies what a single hunter can cover.
You stop being the bottleneck. You start running the operation.
Built for authorized work
CoHunter hunters are as capable as the agent they run on, so the same rules apply. Point them only at targets you own or have explicit permission to test. Every hunter works inside the guardrails and permission modes you set, and a hard tool-call budget keeps every run bounded. See Permission Modes and Safety.
